How We Can Help
If you can’t take a GLP course, or you have and you’re wondering what’s next – consider working with a GLP mentor.
Working one-on-one with a mentor gives you the opportunity to steadily build confidence and skills in your craft with people who have been using a learning-centered approach effectively for years.
Mentoring within your team or for a large project helps to create meaningful change by growing or establishing a learning-centered culture within your organization.
GLP mentors offer individualized guidance on how to apply a learning-centered approach to your unique situation and challenges.
This may look like:
- Observing your facilitation and providing feedback
- Helping you work through a particular challenge
- Offering input on one of your meeting or learning designs, and suggesting ways to evaluate it
- Generating ideas for building a learning-centered culture in your workplace
- Supporting a team planning a large conference
- Supporting a learning-centered approach to organizational change
- Working with you to achieve certification as a practitioner or teacher of a learning-centered approach.
