Daniel Sharaiha is a human resource practitioner and trainer with more than 12 years of experience in leadership, Change Management, creating and maintaining Performance Management Systems, Total Quality Management, re-engineering and managing improvement projects, creating and maintaining SMART quality objectives and Key Performance Indicators, business processes re-engineering, strategy formulation and Balanced Scorecards, hospitality, Project Management, and creating development opportunities. In 2012, he was the first Arab in the world to become a Dialogue Education Practitioner and Teacher with Global Learning Partners-GLP Canada.

Daniel is an electrical engineering graduate. He is a certified expert in the Extraordinary Leader Program, a Six Sigma practitioner and is a certified HR Executive by the HR Academy, has worked closely on conflict transformation and has extensive experience in recruitment and retention, staff development, benefits and compensation, hierarchal restructuring (re-layering) and compensation programs. He is a charismatic facilitator and trainer of trainers. His experience also includes working with international companies in the Business Excellence and HR departments with different consultants such as Mackenzie and Oliver Wyman. He is also a management consultant to public and private sector organizations and NGOs of different sizes. His career has been distinguished with outstanding performance and proven results.

Daniel lives in Amman, Jordan with his wife and two daughters, Farah (6 years) and Salma (2 years). Besides his full-time job as Head of HR in a reputable bank, Daniel loves spending time with his family, and volunteers with youth organizations in Jordan and the region.
