Will Sibert has worked internationally for the past 30 years working to address the needs of the most vulnerable in the areas of AIDS, displaced people, natural disasters, education, leadership training, and large scale information systems. Since retiring formally, he now focuses on designing and building large scale educational systems intended to address global trauma recovery. Will is putting his Certification as a Dialogue Practitioner to work developing an app/course designed to help Low income / First generation students succeed in higher education (www.arc-process.org). Will is married to Kim, and they have two daughters, Maria and Anna. They live in Chapel Hill, NC, where he enjoys following the UNC athletic teams.
