Raad is the Branch Manager with a vast knowledge in accounting and experience in microfinance through serving clients as well as supervising and managing a team of LOs for seven years at Microfund for Women.

Raad has expertise in management, supervisory and leadership skills acquired through several training courses, including Development of Tellers’ Skills and Professional Behavior and Customer Service at the Banks and Financial Institutions course from the Institute of Banking Studies; the Development of Leadership and Management and Supervisory Skills course from Aljhoud Joint Efforts Group and the Integrated Management and Leadership for the Development of Personal Skills course from the Institute of Leadership and Management (Britain); and, other training courses that were delivered as part of MFW’s staff capacity-building, including but not limited to, the Client Protection Principles and training of trainers (ToT). He also has proven skills in communication, team building, leadership and training.
