Krista has a passion for people and loves seeing the impact of an Intentionally Designed workshop where “participants” truly participate, learn and express gratitude at this “different kind of workshop”. When supporting others to create their Intentional Design, Krista takes a coaching approach and creates time and space to explore, to ask challenging questions, to give undivided attention and truly listen to what you are aiming to achieve. Krista began her veterinary career as a vet nurse, working in mixed and small animal hospitals before moving into Corporate life with Hill’s Pet Nutrition subsidiary of Colgate Palmolive, Novartis and most recently, Elanco Animal Health as Global Sales Manager developer. Eight years of running her own consultancy company gave her a fresh perspective.
