Julia Bouchelle is an experienced curriculum designer, evaluator, and facilitator. She is passionate about global access to education and non-formal education through sports. Her work seeks to advance equity in education through gender-focused research and she has a growing interest in leveraging technology to increase access to education through eLearning and other modalities.
Julia holds a Master of Arts from American University’s International Training and Education Program with a graduate certificate in Training Design and Facilitation. She served as Peace Corps Volunteer in Panama and Boren Fellow in Tanzania. She has advanced proficiency in Spanish and Swahili.
