Jesica resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has spent over 30 years in the field of early childhood education New Mexico; from classroom teaching to coaching and consultation.  Jesica graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Communication in 1999, and masters in Special Education in 2004. She has interest in evaluative data, transfer skills and long term impact in all of the designs she is responsible for publishing.

In April 2016, Jesica traveled with an Early Childhood Education team from New Mexico to Vermont to work with Global Learning Partners in their Foundations of Dialogue Education TM Course. It is here that she began the journey of dialogue-based learning. She spent the next 18 months in an intensive mentorship with consultants from GLP, practicing the Foundations of Dialogue.  As a result, Jesica is now mentoring teams who are designing learning-centered events, and helping to facilitate workshops using this approach with New Mexico’s consultants, trainers and coaches in early childhood education.
