"The means is dialogue, the end is learning, the purpose is peace." ~ Founder Dr. Jane Vella
Peter Noteboom has served in several roles at GLP: President and Managing Director, now Director of Finance. A believer in a better world, his life’s work has been to facilitate and deepen personal learning and growth, strengthen and encourage communities and groups to achieve their mission, and build peace one step, one relationship at a time.
Thanks to his extensive experience Peter is comfortable and effective in a wide variety of settings, cultures and organizational contexts. Participants in his programs often remark about his calm demeanour, quiet confidence and robust engagement in the questions and issues that arise. He excels at networking.

The project offered a short training for the session presenters, coaching one-on-one with each of the presenters and facilitators to provide guidance in the design of their event, facilitating the overall event in French and English, and designing the debriefing and evaluation meeting.
FHI360 Fanta (www.fhi360.org) Consulting project designed to provide personal feedback to individual trainers based on observation of their performance.
