ABOUT THIS TRAINING

You can feel it when a meeting is truly successful – everyone leaves with a sense of accomplishment, they can feel how they’ve contributed to the team’s progress, and they’re clear and excited about what comes next. What is it that makes the difference and how can this be the new norm? It’s all in the techniques – the techniques you choose have the power to drive results.

What will you learn?

In this workshop, you will explore the connection between techniques and results and try out a few common techniques that will help you prioritize and decide as a team.

What else do you need to know?

  • This workshop uses a Zoom whiteboard – if that’s new to you, consider exploring a basic tutorial. We will also explain key features as we use them.
