ABOUT THIS TRAINING

People are spending a lot of time on computer screens these days. Even for those who love this sort of thing, it can be mind-numbing. “Zoom fatigue” is a real thing – and there’s lots we can do to relieve it, while feeding people’s energy to learn.

What will you learn?

You will explore a variety of ways to engage people’s minds and bodies by intentionally building connections to self, content, and others. Together, we will try out a few different techniques for getting folk away from the screen and rooted back in their bodies.

What else do you need to know?

  • Participants should have in mind a virtual training or event you are offering that would benefit from a look at engaging the whole person.
