Juliane has been employing the principles and practices of Dialogue Education since 2018. As a Certified Dialogue Education Practitioner (CDEP) since 2019, and a Certified Dialogue Education Teacher with Global Learning Partners since 2023, she brings a unique combination of learning-centered and human-centered design principles to effect sustainable change and growth in organizations.
A seasoned leader with over 20 years of Health Care experience, Juliane has an extensive background in performance improvement, change management, and operations. With an eye toward health equity and stakeholder partnership, Juliane is committed to promoting the client and “end user” perspective into all aspects of her work from program design to solution development.
