Jessica Luh Kim is a strengths-based facilitator, educator, and consultant whose work is grounded in the belief that people thrive when they are seen, heard, valued, and supported. She creates engaging, inclusive learning environments where participants can reflect deeply, connect meaningfully, and translate insights into practical action.

She is a consultant with Global Learning Partners (GLP) and the founder of JLK Consulting & Coaching Services, working with leaders and organizations across aging services, healthcare, community services, and higher education. Jessica specializes in designing and facilitating learning experiences that strengthen leadership, team effectiveness, and organizational culture. Her work integrates Dialogue Education, strengths-based development, and inclusive leadership practices to support meaningful and sustainable change.

With a background spanning research, education, senior living, and innovation, Jessica brings a systems lens to her work. She partners with organizations to build learning-centered cultures, align values with everyday practices, and support teams to work more effectively together. She is particularly passionate about advancing inclusive communities for people living with dementia and their care partners, and about supporting leaders to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.

Based in Ontario, Canada, Jessica brings over a decade of experience working alongside interdisciplinary teams, educators, and change leaders across five continents. She is a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and a Certified Dialogue Education Teacher with Global Learning Partners, and regularly mentors emerging facilitators and leaders in applying learning-centered approaches in their own contexts.
