Christine transformed her early career in community development into a 30-year career in learning and organization development. She specializes in translating strategy into committed action with a people-centered approach that shifts the focus from selling to inviting, from control to commitment, from problem to possibility. Christine is a firm believer in the power of meaningful dialogue for action and change.

Christine lived in Latin America for 25 years (20 in Costa Rica!) and is fluent in English and Spanish. She lives in Durham, North Carolina where she loves to spend her free time learning and doing DIY home improvement projects.
