David Bulger

David Bulger is a trainer, consultant and lead developer, currently serving as Vice President, Global Ministries with One Challenge International (OC), based in Colorado Springs, CO (USA). He oversees the work of OC’s workers based in 40+ nations, who in turn annually serve 100,000 leaders in 100+ countries. David is part of a team that guides OC’s training and formation processes.

Previously based in Johannesburg, South Africa, David built networks of trainers and pastoral leaders across Southern Africa and developed regional initiatives in the areas of pastoral training, leadership development, church health consulting and community development. David has been engaged in facilitation, teaching and training for more than 25 years, in North America, Latin America, Africa and Asia.

David’s passion is to see healthy leaders that guide churches in transforming local communities, especially in the global South. His focus is on the development of church and ministry leaders, to see them equipped and prepared to lead their congregations to be change agents in their communities.

Aside from his passion for helping people grow and develop, David enjoys spending time with his wife Cherie. Natives of Chicago, they enjoy time with family and friends, reading, motorcycling, and sports and exercise.
