Connie Kuipers is the founder and principal coach at interPURPOSE: Neurodivergent Life & Academic Coaching and Co-Working. She provides 1:1 and group coaching for neurodivergent (ND) adults and students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Level 1, and other ND folks with high intelligence, altered brain function due to menopause or other medical or mental health origins. Her greatest joy comes from supporting ND adults and students to design a life that works for them WITH their neurodivergent traits – developing custom resources, tools, knowledge and supports, in deep dialogue with their self-knowledge and needs.

In May 2025 interPURPOSE launched an in-person space in Toronto for coaching and meeting the co-working needs of neurodivergent professional adults and students in college, university doing secondary, Masters and Ph.D. programs, allowing the opportunity to offer small-scale learning events. While offering online coaching regularly, this space responds to the needs clients have expressed, and what she observed in her practice, that ND folks often require personal connection and presence in order to improve their focus, get the in-the moment support they need, so that they can get more things done.

Connie worked with Global Learning Partners to grow the business of GLP between 1999 and 2004. She also trained as a trainer in Learning-Centred Education in the early 2000’s, becoming a Certified Dialogue Education Practitioner at that time, and co-teaching across North America. Jane Vella’s principles and practices have informed her professional and personal life since that time. In 2026, she is excited to reconnect with the GLP community of practitioners and learners, and continues to apply her knowledge of adult learning principals to her coaching, groups and learning events.

Connie is a trained as a life and neurodivergence coach through Adler Graduate Professional School and the International ADHD Coach Training Center. She earned an Honours BA in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a member of the International Federation of Coaches (IFC). She is on track to achieve the PCC level coaching certification with ICF. She has spent most of her professional life working in training, adult education and community engagement, all which lend themselves beautifully to coaching and teaching about living well with neurodivergence.
