Claudia Quinonez began her career in the non-profit field over 15 years ago. She started off serving families and children in San Salvador, Central America, and now in the San Francisco, Bay Area. She holds a bachelor’s in Public Relations and Communications and certifications in Dialogue Education, Design Thinking, and Agile Project Management.

Claudia currently holds the position of Strategic Innovations Manager at Children’s Council of San Francisco, a San Francisco non-profit organization that supports families and children in accessing quality early education and leads organizational projects that serve the City’s Early Education Field. Claudia started her independent consulting business “CQ Consulting” in 2017 to support non-profits in building capacity through contracted projects in diverse topics, such as project management, and Human-Centered Design Cohorts.

She started her journey in Dialogue Education in 2017. As a San Francisco resident, she is actively involved with community organizations and serves as a member of the Child Care Planning and Advisory Council and Director of the Board of Education of a local San Francisco Charter School. Claudia is also passionate about supporting women to achieve their goals and facilitates women empowerment workshops.

In her free time, you can find her at a local gym teaching dance and/or Zumba.
