Taylor Gainey, MHA, PMP, is the founder and CEO of Reparative Minds, where she cultivates teen mental wealth through courageous conversations. Through engaging programs and retreats, she equips teens with tools and strategies to combat negative thoughts, regulate emotions and strengthen relationships with trusted adults. She also equips parents and educators with strategies to bridge intergenerational gaps and build the village teens need.

As an impactful public speaker and innovative community organizer, Taylor is passionate about breaking down barriers in the suicide prevention field. She has led and co-facilitated coalitions to expand educational opportunities and launch evidence- based strategies that address behavioral health needs across the lifespan. She thrives in delivering interactive and fruitful presentations that are learning-centered – providing brave spaces for people to be heard, seen and valued. Through workshop design, curriculum development, and postvention planning, Taylor has partnered with various entities like school districts, law enforcement, media and faith-based organizations to equip youth and adults with lifesaving resources that plant seeds of hope in the many communities she serves.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Taylor is a creative at heart and enjoys traveling, hiking and exploring new recipes or as she calls it, “tasty concoctions.”
