Susie Kantz has worked in education for more than 20 years, as a classroom teacher, a childcare center Director, an education coach, and a project manager. She was part of a team of early childhood trainers and coaches that traveled to Vermont in April 2016 to attend the Foundations of Dialogue Education course with Global Learning Partners. Following this course, the team returned to New Mexico inspired by the power of dialogue-based education and immediately saw how this approach could be used to help shape New Mexico’s early childhood professional development systems. Over the next 5 years, Susie worked with leadership and colleagues to revise the training and consultation system in New Mexico into a system that provides dialog rich, learning-centered events that respect and value the prior experiences of the adult learner.

Susie has a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from New Mexico State University and has interests in learning transfer, online training design, video-based consultation, and improving outcomes for children and families.
