Robin Goldstein is a municipal sustainability specialist who is passionate about empowering local governments to build more inclusive, low-carbon and resilient communities. For the past fourteen years, Robin has worked with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) on funding and capacity development programs to help cities and communities across Canada advance replicable and scalable climate solutions. She currently designs and facilitates impactful learning events and activities for FCM’s Community Efficiency Financing initiative, a $300M initiative that helps municipalities and their partners to accelerate home energy efficiency upgrades through innovative financing. She has previously worked in the municipal and non-profit sectors to promote sustainable waste management, energy efficiency and active transportation at the neighbourhood scale. Robin holds a BSc in Environmental Biology from McGill University and an MSc in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science from Lund University in Sweden.
