Pat Harper is the Evaluation Program Manager for World Renew ensuring that learning from evaluations is used for decision-making. She has a passion for using the Participatory Learning and Action methodology to ensure that communities have a voice in their own development. Pat has used the processes and principles of Adult Dialogue Education to design many workshops and trainings in her work.
