Lynda Dykstra has nearly 25 years of international cooperation experience. She is currently based in Canada managing innovation funds at World Renew that focus on maternal and child health, agriculture, justice, and livelihoods, and facilitating learning to encourage strengthened programming. She has a keen interest in knowledge management, and has established four Communities of Practice in World Renew around the organization’s strategic area of impact.

Previously, Lynda worked in Mali, Ethiopia, and Haiti managing field offices and women’s health, food security, livelihoods, and disaster response programming for organizations including Tearfund UK, the Ethiopia-Canada Cooperation Office, Partners Worldwide, and World Renew. Lynda has an MA in Economic Development from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University.
