Ledia is an urban planner who strongly believes in the human rights-based approach. She is an advocate for local communities, and a program lead skilled in project management, planning, and budging. Ledia has worked in the development sector for over than 10 years in a number of programs, and closely with communities large and small with the focus on understanding governance and ensuring equal and accessible learning opportunities are being leveraged to help build institutional capacity of local organisations which impacted and will continue impacting the quality of life provided for inhabitants at the local level.

Ledia has a Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Jordan and a bachelor degree in Architecture from the Hashemite University.
