As Senior Manager of Improvement Advising at the Pacific Business Group on Health’s California Quality Collaborative (CQC), Kristina supports health care delivery organizations participating in learning collaboratives by advising and training leaders, their improvement teams, and practice coaches as they move their organizations toward high-value, patient-centered advanced primary care. She brings a wealth of experience designing impactful and engaging technical assistance meeting the needs of health care leaders, especially those working with under-served patient communities. Prior to PBGH, Kristina was Senior Program Associate at the California Health Care Safety Net Institute, where she designed and implemented technical assistance for public hospital/health care systems participating in statewide quality improvement efforts under the Medi-Cal 2020 waiver. Prior to the Safety Net Institute, Kristina worked at Kaiser Permanente providing program management for the Meaningful Use health IT project across the organization and for The Permanente Medical Group’s compliance department. Kristina earned her MPH and BA in English and History from the University of California, Berkeley. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and exploring California’s parks and beaches with her husband, son and dog.
