She currently serves as a Knowledge Management and Learning Officer at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM), where she plays a lead role in fostering organizational learning through project management, knowledge product development, and internal capacity-building initiatives.
As a certified LEAN Yellow Belt Practitioner, Jessie is always looking for ways to solve problems and streamline processes, driven by a strong commitment to iterative learning and continuous improvement.She completed both undergraduate and graduate degrees at Laurentian University in Science Communication. This background enables her to translate complex concepts into accessible strategies and knowledge products that support learning and engagement.
