Isis Celis is a Training Specialist at Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM) with a deep commitment to learner-centered practice. Over the course of her career at HPSM, she has grown from supporting customer support teams as a trainer to designing learning experiences as part of the Learning & Development team.
She finds genuine joy in watching others learn and grow, seeing confidence build and insights take shape is what energizes her work. Equally passionate about her own development, Isis actively seeks opportunities to deepen her facilitation and design practices, as continual learning keeps her engaged and inspired.
Outside of work, Isis enjoys spending time with her two German Shepherds, affectionately known as her “dinos”.
