Guillermo Herrera Nimmagadda is a Policy and Training Manager at J-PAL South Asia. In this capacity, he works to generate and apply evidence on Governance and Crime issues in partnership with government institutions, academia, and non-governmental organisations. He also promotes evidence-based decision-making through capacity building workshops and toolkits.

Guillermo completed his Master in Public Affairs at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. Prior to Princeton, he worked at the International Budget Partnership (IBP) in Washington, D.C., where he promoted fiscal transparency and accountability through collaborations with civil society, governments, and international organizations. Guillermo has participated in GLP’s Foundations of Dialogue Education and SURE-Fire Meetings trainings and is passionate about creating spaces for open dialogue and mutual learning.
