Florence Juillard is a consultant who helps philanthropies, non-profits and government agencies design complex multi-stakeholder programs. Her expertise in program design, stakeholder engagement, project management, and capacity building enables organizations to understand stakeholder motivations, build consensus, and develop actionable plans. Through participatory processes, enhanced project management, and team coaching, she partners with her clients to foster sustainable success.
Prior to being a consultant, Florence focused her career on elevating and supporting evidence-based, replicable and scalable efforts that consider the structural barriers to building wealth faced by urban low-income populations and communities of color. This includes solutions such as financial counseling, access to income supports, free tax preparation, microloans for small business and children’s savings accounts. Florence holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Columbia College at Columbia University and a Masters Degree in Public and Nonprofit Management from the Wagner School of Public Service at NYU.
