Erin has a breadth and depth of experience over a 30-year career as an adult educator. At the core of her work is a focus on education that transforms individuals, communities, and systems. She designs learning that builds on the knowledge and experience of adult learners, creates a-ha moments and connections, energizes and equips for action. Erin is a Senior Consultant with Ivy + Dean Consulting, focusing on building skills within non-profits. She works in strategic planning, board and leadership training, research and consultation, and facilitation and engagement.
