Dana Emanuel (she/her) first learned about Global Learning Partners as a client in 2016. Impressed with GLP’s learner-centered facilitation and ability to bring clarity to a complex, cross-departmental project, Dana became a Dialogue Education enthusiast. Dana served on the GLP Board of Directors for two years, and was honored to learn from the expertise of Certified Dialogue Education Practitioners.

As Vice President of Learning and Impact at New Moms, Dana brings a learner-centered mindset and practice to the organizations’ program innovation and quality improvement processes, impact analysis, and staff training and development. She also leads New Moms’ peer human services consulting initiative, scaling nationwide New Moms’ mission to partner with families as they pursue housing stability, economic mobility, and family well-being.

Outside of New Moms, Dana serves as an Assistant Instructor in the Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program that she graduated from at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as on the MAPP Alumni Association Board of Directors. She lives in Northern Virginia and enjoys attending live music performances, hiking, and kayaking with her husband and dog.
