Bethany is based in Brooklyn, New York and has worked with NGOs and community-based organizations serving women, children, and migrant communities in the U.S. and Latin America. As a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) professional, she uses a learning centered approach to facilitate learning needs assessments and evaluations. Bethany loves working with mission-driven organizations to create systems for listening to and learning from stakeholders, using data to identify and prioritize needs. She holds an MA in Latin American Studies from New York University and is bilingual in Spanish.
