Arssante is nothing more than a beautiful work in progress. A life learner, a father of seven, a husband, and overall source of positive vibes in his community. With international experience as a school leader, educator, and entrepreneur, Arssante uses his unique background to curate healing spaces for Black men, coach educators in culturally affirming instructional practices, and mentor youth through martial arts and life coaching. In addition to faith-based life coaching and educational consultation, Arssante works for a nonprofit where he leads a team that utilizes culturally relevant pedagogy, critical frameworks, and socio-emotional competencies to guide school leaders and educators that desire to create the ideal learning environments for students to thrive in; especially Black students. When not serving “the village”, Arssante is pouring into his children, loving up on his wife, and knee deep in studying ways his faith and spirituality promote and enhance socio-emotional intelligence.Â
