The Vermont Department for Children and Families undertook a multi-year project to support impactful meetings for youth justice partners statewide!

Here, you’ll find downloadable resources you can use at your next meeting, a list of others who have received training, and the contact information of 10 individuals who are available to support you in your work right now!

WHO’S BEEN TRAINED

More than 75 of your colleagues are utilizing SURE-Fire Meetings principles and practices to benefit youth justice work in Vermont! You can view a full list of participants from our 2013 and 2014 learning opportunities here.

RESOURCES TO EN-SURE BETTER MEETINGS

These resources have been organized so you can easily grab what you need. We’ve included a sample of resources to: 1) help design any kind of meeting;  2) help facilitate meetings; 3) support dialogue-based virtual meetings.  We also offer a few resources about the SURE Fire approach that you may share easily with colleagues and partner organizations.  Finally, we provide you with a few sample agendas.

These resources include both worksheets and readings. Since many resources fit under more than one category, we encourage you to nose around a bit. And, if you want more, contact andrea@globallearningpartners.com to see what we might have for you.  Enjoy!
