
Rich Grogan
Rich joined Global Learning Partners in 2019 as a Board Member. Rich serves as the Executive Director of the Northern Border Regional Commission, a Federal-State partnership for economic and community development, which makes grants within the most distressed counties of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York. Rich has a wide-ranging professional background including banking, academia, manufacturing, and nonprofit work. His work over the past decade has focused on business development through the lens of sustainability.
Rich holds a PhD from Michigan State University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BS in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
When not at work, Rich enjoys running, working on projects at his old drafty farmhouse, and traveling to hear live music. Rich lives in Vermont with his wife, Erin, and an ever-expanding herd of animals.
