Dialogue Education for My 6-Year-Old (2011) 

A number of years ago through training with GLP, life became centered around dialogue and Dialogue Education. Now, when facing any situation with my 6-year-old son, I count to three and think on how to provide all six principles of learning. Although he is still just a child, the principles of safety, immediacy, relevance, engagement, inclusion and respect are essential. They teach him how to peacefully express dialogue and learn together with parents and others. Dialogue helps him recognize and ask for his rights.  

Now, I think in dialogue, I talk in dialogue, I work in dialogue.
