Sandy Wasef Yousef Sweidan
My name is Sandy Sweidan and I’m from Irbid, Jordan. I am a Director of Social Development. I graduated from Yarmouk University with a B.C. degree in Computer Science. I started working in the Ministry of Social Development as a programmer, then as head of the Planning Department, and finally as head of Technology and Information Department. I was also an ICDL and Cambridge trainer for six years.
I am passionate about learning modern ways of training especially, in financial management. For this reason, I attended many trainings and workshops like the Dialogue Education training of trainer course which was very beneficial.
Dialogue Education is really helping me in my day-to-day life and work. I am now a better listener and better able to facilitate dialogue with my peers, colleagues and learning participants. There is no doubt that these two skills are pivotal in work and learning environments.
