Presently, I am a Training Consultant and Content Developer at “edu.centive” for Training and Development. “edu.centive” is concerned with developing and qualifying human capital through a well-designed, thoughtful and customized training programs. “edu.centive” is also concerned about being one of the specialized training references, by introducing a number of diverse and wide ranging training programs that would serve the training needs for schools (both public and private sectors). It is also active in the field of media, to effectively help to raise the efficiency of staff. We believe that skills, attitude, and talent are behind every inspiring performance.
As well, I am a content developer working on empowering change in the Power of Attitude program at ASK for human capacity (change agents for Arab development and education reform). There I work in public schools in programs funded by USAID, including “Towards better learning environment.” Some examples of the training I have delivered are: change management, leadership skills, conflict management, teambuilding, communication skills, problem-solving, situational leadership, new teaching methods for teachers on-the-job training and onsite support, and IT change management.
In addition, I worked as a freelance trainer where I was responsible for the creation and implementation of all processes related to soft skills development of trainees. There I led the process of change in many private and public schools, and for many managers and employees in many different companies.
