Hussam is a financial analyst and services manager with ten years of professional experience. He has a strong background in working with micro businesses and necessity-based entrepreneurs, and much experience in providing micro businesses with consultancies in the fields of seeking funding and running their operations.

As part of his experience, Hussam conducted several projects to support micro businesses, especially women-owned businesses. Also, he has been working closely for the past ten years with businesses across Jordan, and helping them accessing new markets and providing them with opportunities to grow, and position themselves as strong players in their markets. He also has firsthand experience, as he started his own business (Yadawii), which was based on helping women in accessing markets, and provide them with a platform to access new markets.

Hussam has several certificates in the field of small businesses and entrepreneurship, such as the Entrepreneurial Capacity Building Program Certificate (Empretec), Entrepreneurship Development and Business Startup Bootcamp, and Financial Analysis and Risk Management. Hussam is a first-place winner of the Queen Rania National Entrepreneurship Competition (QRNEC) and has a BSc. in Accounting from Al-Zaitouneh University in Jordan.
