Val is a co-founder of NOW, LOVE (New Orleans Women, Living our Values Everyday). She enjoys dancing with the Disco Amigos – and singing with Shades of Praise. Each summer for 25 years, Val has volunteered at the Augusta Heritage Center of West Virginia.
