"The means is dialogue, the end is learning, the purpose is peace." ~ Founder Dr. Jane Vella
With close to forty years experience in a variety of forms of adult education, Jay Ekleberry continues his commitment to face-to-face learning in dialog as the best method to create positive change in any human system, from each of us as individual learners to large organizations, whether governmental, non-profit or for-profit. As the Director of an open studio arts space and program he is also a strong proponent of making art a verb, and of the power of engaging in art enhancing the learning process. Jay has a Masters Degree in Continuing, Adult and Vocational Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and most enjoys combining the principles of Dialogue Education with Appreciative Inquiry to design and facilitate workshops, learning sessions and organizational development processes. His own artistry combines digital imagery with book-making and print-making.
