Emad Al-Khalil is a consultant in areas related to water management, agricultural management, stakeholder dialogue and engagement, projects management, community development, workshop and meetings facilitator.
Emad Al-Khalil holds a Master’s degree in marketing from Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences University, and a Bachelor degree in Agriculture Science from Al-Balqa Applied University.
Emad’s work experience extends over 15 years with full-time positions with the Ministry of Agriculture, Germany International Organization (GIZ) and Royal Scientific Society (RSS), and additionally as an independent consultant with different international organization including, ACTED, NRC, GIZ, ICBA, USAID, and Oxfam.
Emad personal skills include having strong planning and management skills, excellent leadership and teamwork skills, having the ability to work under pressure, and having excellent communication skills and experience with cultural sensitive issues. Additionally, he has good knowledge of different computer programming, including: Microsoft Office and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software (SPSS).
